Learn about your Plan

At CCMBC, we are committed to offering enriching benefits that support your financial future. Our pension plan, held with Canada Life, is a defined contribution plan designed with your best interests in mind. Members contribute 5% of their gross earnings, and employers match 100% of required contributions. Vesting is 100%, and withdrawals are available as early as age 55 upon retirement.

Your final benefit will depend on the total contributions made by you and your employer, investment earnings, and any applicable fees. Through our partnership with Canada Life and Fidelity Investments Canada, we strive to provide good investment choices, low fees, and flexible service, supporting you today and in your retirement years.
